Purchasers of Frequency Components’ products have thirty (30) days from the date they receive the products to return the products under the following conditions.
Purchaser must notify the company within the thirty-day period by email at info@frequencycomponents.com of his or her intention to return the product. The company will reply to the purchaser’s email giving them a Restocking Code to be included with the returned product. The company will not accept delivery of or be obligated to refund money for any returned item that does not have the Restocking Code clearly displayed on the shipping containers and included with the product.
The purchaser is responsible for packing the product in its original shipping containers and delivering it to a reputable shipping company within forty-eight (48) hours after receiving the Restocking Code from the company. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges including any damage as a result of shipping.
Upon receipt of the returned product, the company will determine if the product is undamaged and in a like-new condition. The company will notify the purchaser of the condition of the product. If the product is damaged, the purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with repairing or restoring the product into a like-new condition including costs up to but not to exceed the original purchase price.
Within ten (10 days, the company will refund the purchase price less a Restocking Charge of twelve percent (12%) of the purchase price, the cost of the original shipping, and the cost of any repair required to return the product to a like-mew condition.
